Health Advocate/Community Outreach Specialist - Orange, CA

Discover your passions and make a difference in the lives of vulnerable community members and at-risk families by working with hospital's community benefit team to improve the health and quality of life, especially those living on the margins. Assist in responding to the greatest needs such as mental health, immigration status, economic security, and human trafficking. Work directly with Family Resource Centers providing education, support groups, counseling services and information/resources to community members. Ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
