The Ignatian Spirituality Project (ISP) invites people recovering from homelessness and addiction to encounter God’s love, hope and healing through spiritual companionship that transforms lives.
ISP is an Ignatian ministry operating in 29 cities across the U.S., Canada, and Ireland. Our retreat and reflection programs, inspired by and rooted in Ignatian spirituality and open to all faith backgrounds, welcome individuals in recovery from homelessness and substance use addiction into communities of hope and belonging. ISP programs are animated at the local level by volunteer teams who collaborate with shelter residences and recovery homes to build relationships and create welcoming communities. ISP strives to empower our program alumni to become leaders on our teams and in our organization in order to share the message of love and hope to others in recovery.
