We Belong Here: Using Our Trauma, Identity, & Past Experiences to go from Collective Conversation to Collective Action for Justice with Migrants

This session focuses on empowering the voices of those from mixed-status families, DREAMers, immigrant children, and allies to narrate, disrupt, and ultimately unify a community. By practicing empathy and remaining open-minded to narratives of immigration, we leverage collective power to teach the importance of creating liberated communities by becoming efficient allies all the way to the legislature.
